In El Dahar, the downtown area, the atmosphere is definitely “local”. Here you will find a wide choice of authentic Egyptian eateries ranging from restaurants to street stalls serving local “fast food”. Browse around the dozens alleys and pedestrian streets and find an endless array of restaurants and eateries with a strong local flavour. Strolling along the commercial Sekala street or in the Village Road area, you will find famous international chains such as Hard Rock Café, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC, and local trendy venues such as Papas Beach Bar, Liquid Lounge, or Tuscany at the Marriott, just to name a few.
